János Székely (Sr.) Attorney-at-Law graduated from the Faculty of Law of Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca in 1979 and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in civil procedural law.
He provides consultancy and representation in matters of civil and administrative law and is available to assist you in resolving such issues.
Dr. János Székely (jr.) Attorney-at-Law, senior university lecturer
Dr. János Székely (Jr.) Attorney-at-Law graduated from the Faculty of Law of Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca in 2007 and completed the master’s programme (LL.M.) in European Private Law at the same university in 2008. He holds a doctoral degree in civil procedural law, obtained in 2017 at the Márton Géza Doctoral School of the Faculty of State and Legal Sciences of the University of Debrecen (Hungary).
Dr. János Székely teaches courses in civil procedural law and civil law at Sapientia University in Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Sciences and Arts, Department of Legal Sciences, since 2012, currently in the position of senior university lecturer. He is the author of several books and numerous scholarly articles in the field of civil law.
